Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Please arrive after 4.00 p.m., and depart before 10.00 a.m. Please ask if your requirements are any different, out of season we may be able to be more flexible.
Arrival
We will arrange for the house to be stocked with essentials before your arrival, such as milk, croissants, butter and so forth.And the kitchen is well-stocked with basics.
Cleaning and Linen
We ask that the house is left as found, there will be a charge of 11 Euros an hour for any cleaning necessary following a stay if the house is left dirty. If however you require a cleaner during your stay then we can put you in touch with one. We can also put you in touch with a babysitter. Tea towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied, otherwise please bring your own linen - sheets, duvet covers and towels.If it is difficult to bring your own linen please contact us.
Gas and Deposit
There is a charge of EUR 40.00 per week to cover gas bottles. In the winter months there is a supplement charge to cover heating and firewood. In addition a deposit of £200.00 is required that will be refunded after you have left. We do not operate an inventory system, which we feel is unnecessary red tape at the end of a holiday. Instead we trust that you will alert us to any breakages or damage. We will also arrange a check.
Confirmation
Please send 30% of the holiday price within 3 days of booking to confirm.On receipt of this we will send you written confirmation. The balance should be paid 8 weeks in advance of your holiday, or within 7 days any closer to the time.
